My approach is customer-first and curiosity-driven. I ask why before what, move between research, strategy, and execution without losing the thread, and care deeply about the communities, and the people, I'm building for.
When I'm not in a product review, I'm usually in motion, exploring a new city, showing up to something I found on a flyer, or finding the best version of an ordinary thing. Adventure doesn't have to be dramatic. It just has to be intentional.
I'm Madeline Demers, a product manager who lives at the intersection of strategy and people. I'm drawn to messy, human problems that data can help untangle, and I build with users in mind from day one, not as an afterthought.
Cornell University — B.S. in Information Science ↗
Information Science at Cornell sits at the intersection of technology and humanity; asking not just how systems work, but who they're built for and what they make possible. The program spans behavioral science, data, UX, ethics, policy, and digital culture, pushing students to think across disciplines.
